"I have long hesitated before writing these pages, torn between emotions of
anxiety, humility, and the complete annihilation of myself." Marquis Alexandre Saint-Yves d'Alveydre
" Must find Kaboy " It's found in the comforting smiles that partly show what people feel they should, the gentle pats and heartfelt words shared in the belief of a hope that "always is." It's in the silence sitting still, the blackness reeling in, and only that present feeling matters. And then there's that lingering thought..."Just one more..."☹ It's within the endless replay of forgotten moments and the loud whispers of "What if?" " I know a gwa, walk with me. " Grief is an unruly guest, an uninvited presence that seeps into the crevices of our lives when we least expect it. It's a shape-shifting entity, manifesting differently with each loss be it the solemn departure of a parent, the abrupt absence of a partner, the shattering goodbye to a child, the unexpected void of a sibling, or the painful farewell to a friend. Its intricacies are as diverse as the bonds severed by mortality's cruel hand. In the tempe...
"A seed of social salvation sprouting in such good soil can henceforth not perish." According to occult lore, Agartha is a kingdom located in the earth's core. Recent clairaudient material has revealed that it is so much more. A land that embraces all races and species(including the mythical). As an archetypal tale, i'd say it succeeded in this endeavor. However, the inconsistency in the overarching narrative and/or my inability to comprehend that which stays hidden in plain sight makes the next 'best' idea laughable. It is easy to be dismissive and so I thought to mys...
It's always an interesting process for me as I interact with intangibly characterized spectrums. Take intimacy for instance; looking it up produces a multitude of definitions the vast majority of which I unsurprisingly, don't agree with. At least in their entirety anyway. In turn, I looked into my own definition of intimacy and concluded it too was vague. I think it's important to note that intimacy is not reserved for romantic relationships alone but also friendships, the bond between parents and children, the fleeting communion of strangers at a dinner party or in a taxi or plane, crushes, being deeply moved by art or by historical events, the relationship between reader and writer: in all these that space is vital, even electric; and it often drives the story. "What happens in the space between us." I find this so striking a phrase! And so it'll further serve as an unofficial and guiding definition of intimacy. Like looking at the sun, looking directly ...
